Kids Architect Class

About About the Kids Architect Class

The Kids Architect Class is an architecture program for elementary school students. We offer three courses: "Kids Gakugaku," where children discover the fun of architecture through play; the "Model Course," where they learn about space by building models; and the "Education Program," hands-on workshops such as newspaper domes and ita blocks. While valuing each child's wish to "make something!", a first-class architect supports every one of them.

Elementary

Kids Gakugaku

A fun program where architecture feels like an extension of play. Through crafts and space-making with familiar materials such as paper, wood, and cardboard, children experience the joy of architecture.

Elementary

Model Course

A course that teaches how space comes together through building architectural models. Children learn about scale, how to choose materials, and how to see things three-dimensionally.

Elementary / Workshop

Education Program

Hands-on workshops where children build large structures from familiar materials, such as newspaper domes and ita blocks. Parent-and-child participation is very welcome.
